Shifting Cities – Pavilion Project

The waterfront area was a crucial aspect of Dundee’s industry in the past as it allowed the trade of goods and brought income to the city. The transformation of the waterfront will hopefully regenerate this sense of industry. Just as the port brought money and people to Dundee, so will the new waterfront. The Tay River is an important part of this and as a result, I decided to base this pavilion project on water and mapping.

The use of water in this project symbolises the ever changing and shifting city that Dundee is.
